RASP owners, what PSI you seeing???

i installed the rasp on the weekend
i had problems with the rasp losing prime, and Bill at DTT helped me with it "thanks DTT" now that i have that fixed, i have the hobbs set at 8 psi.
after install i had 18psi at wot IMO that was too high so
i have played with it and i am now running 15 psi at WOT
13 psi cruz
i am thinking about bringing it down to around 14psi at WOT

i was wondering what everyone was seeing??
