Need help with oil pressure

I was sitting in a parking lot and my oil pressure went to 0 psi then back to 40 psi then it was ok for 5 to 10 mins so I stared dring home went about 1 mile then it did it again same thing. I have drove it maybe 20 or 30 mile after this happened but has not done it yet when it happened it was about 30% out side so I do not think it did because it was cold out. I just changed my oil about 3 weeks ago I put rotella 15w40, lucas and Fleetguard filter.I am thinking it is the oil pressure sending unit so I called Dodge and thay said it cost $ 217.00

must have gold in it. I was thinking maybe $50 not that. Well thank for any help you can give me
