what kind of cb or ham radio do you run in your truck

RF and what it may harm on my truck
I have 3 radio I want to put in my truck one is a galaxy 95t and the other choice is a rci 2970dx
i have a uniden 78 with a texas star 500v but the rf factor and what it may do to the truck
or will it be ok????/??
as far as antenna go I will be useing a wilson 5000 on the roof
