over head computer "CCD" fault...

My over head computer sometimes reads CCD. I have been to two different shops about this problem and no one can explain it. I have a 2000 cummins loaded. The only way to get rid of it is to turn off key a couple times!!! Thanks Walt Wandimeek@sbcglobal.net
