Brake Problems

I have a 96 with 115,000 miles, I noticed about a year ago the brakes just didn't seem as good as they were. I replace the front and rear linings, installed the bigger rear slave cylinders, flushed the system and bled the brakes about 4 times each to make sure I had good clean fluid through the system.

The problem is the brakes fade, not during normal driving but in a panic stop or when I am pulling something heavy. Also just sitting still and appling the brakes hard, the peddle will fade slowly to the floor. There are no leaks.
