donaldson replacement muffler on reg cab

Hello all,
I'm trying to find out if i can fit a donaldson muffler under my reg cab, i need to know if i can get the muffler with a 4" inlet and outlet or if i need to add the 4"-5" reducers to keep the same sound quality and diameter of the muffler i belive it is roughly 10 inches the part number that everyone uses would be nice.
