Rat Rod Fans...

I would like to get some opinions from those of you who are fans of the Old School Rat Rods... if your not - this will not be up your alley.

I would like to take this look... (note the old 19.5 wheels - not 6 lugs though)

(I would love to see this thing with a Cummins in the front...

)

And incorporate it into my '97 1ton for a Rustic Looking body with Old 19.5 wheels and put my Co. logo on it something like this... (no chopped roofs - no white walls - LOGO ONLY)

And then Put my DOT #'s and all on it with a large slashed dry brush looking professional graphic "Texas Express" along the Front Quarters and side of cab missing my Logo...

I think it could be pulled off and look authentic - I mean - I could see the TV Shows pulling it off easy. I think it could be done. I would like to incorporate some nice Solo Air Ride seats and gut the rear seat for additional room and storage. Complete with a 350hp +/- Cummins and Push button Air Ride system.

This is a secondary truck and I have a partner to split costs and time.

What do you think...
