can't find the fuse for the extra power outlet

can't find the fuse for the extra power outlet

where is the fuse for the aux power outlet
had my cell phone pluged in to it it was working just fine now it's dead
this is the lower one that has power all the time
i checked all the fuses in the truck and all where good
