Heater won't work !!!!!!!

Help folks I recently had my dash pulled back to get at the a/c and heater core. I thought everything went back just like it came out but now my heater won't work. When you turn the knob to heat it doesn't switch just keeps blowing out cold air. The other selector knob works for defrost, floor, dash air etc. What could my problem be? Anything easy before pulling the dash again?
