Replacement Sport Driving Lights (lower)

Does anyone know where I can get a set of Replacement Sport Driving Lights (lower), inexpensive, that match as a direct replacement of the OEM.

I am posting this for my buddy who has a 2001 Sport 4x4 and his lower lenses are yellow. He already replaced the uppers, he just wants to replace the lowers, and the dealer is telling him its $100 PER LIGHT (or something ridicuous like that.) He is not interested in the Blue Zenon set up or anything other than a stock setup or stock equivalent.
