allignment question

truck below, had an allignment done after I put in all new balljoints, toe was set to the minimum speck 0.6 ? allignment guy said he likes to set them flat footed, factory max toe is I believe 1.2. Does anyone know how many turns of the adjustment sleeve it takes to go from 0.6 to 1.2 ?? kinda want to play with it before I take it back. Are we talking 1/4 turn of the sleeve or 3 turns ? With all of the steering upgrades I have figured it should drive better then it does now, wanders all over the road
