Inside cab leaking

Hi all, I seem to be having a problem keeping water outside of my truck. It's a regular cab that when it rains hard it seems to accumulate water on the inside towards the rear corners. At first I thought it had something to do with the vents inside the door post but I don't believe this to be the issue. Not sure if the weather stripping is the issue either. Tomorrow I will try and take pictures of my problem and post them. I currently have no carpet installed, and I have caulked around the 3rd brake light.
