blowing ignition run fuse

had a buddy come up today put 3000 gove springs in it set timing and a aplate. he drove truck about two hrs. (1hr home and some running around) now every time he hits the key it pops the ignition run fuse under the hood.?? any ideas what all is on this fuse.??
