Frame off set?

Has anybody noticed or has the same problem?
While installing factory rear splash guards, I noticed that the left rear wheels stick out 1/2" more than the right. Went to the dealer and measured every dually and some had 1/2', one had 1" and only found one that was perfect! looked underneath and did some measurements, the only thing I see is that the rear leaf spring bushings are not pressed in exactly the same as the right, therefore making the axle offset 1/2' to left, DC says there is nothing wrong!
