94'mirrors

Hello! This is my first post on the TDR. I'd like to get info on how to take my mirrors apart so that I can find how to keep my drivers side mirror from wobbling when I go down the road. I have a SLT Laramie pkg that was equipt with electric mirrors. The drivers side mirror will move from left to right, but won't move up and down, and the passengers side will move up and down, but not left too right. Would the electric motors be worn out or just a bad short in the control switch. Anyone with Ideas is appretiated, Thanks
