high piched sound?

Ok, after an extensive search for the high piched sound (coming from the frount of the truck) I can't find the source of the noisy. If any had this problem...please, tell me what it is or how to correct.

I have an 01 (see signiture below) with a Dodge bug deflector (all 3 pieces). The sound begins when I approach the 70 mph mark. The sound began about 2 months ago (never had the problem before with the factor options installed since new).
