255/85/16 Tires with 3.54 gears ?

I am going to buy new tires saturday i really like the 255/85/16 bfg mud terrain.

Are thes tires to Tall for my 3.54 gears? (auto trans.)

Will this size tire fit under the bed in the stock spare location?

If any one run's these size tires with 3.54 geras i would really like to know what you think.
