Which Guage for Towing

I've read many posts on the need for guages and I hope to get some before too long. My question is, what guages do I need for towing? I do not intend to race my truck or Bomb it much. I may go for an EZ someday but I don't plan on anything else. I figure I need a tranny temp and EGT but what else for my use? I also know the fuel guage is a popular must have.
