Sucky Fuel Mileage

I have the truck mentioned below, in my sig.

The problem is the truck is only getting 17-18 miles per gallon.

This is unloaded, steady state 65 mph. I am putting 500-600 miles on the unit PER DAY

. If I can up the mileage some, I will same some serious CASH

Any Ideas???
