Weight capacity of spare tire hanger?

Does anyone know how heavy a spare tire the cable hanger on a '99 2500 can support? I have Rickson's on my truck, including the spare, and I think they weigh about 125 lbs each. I'd sure hate to have the cable break and see all that rubber and metal bouncing down the highway behind me!
