Trac bar follies-Lukes link

Got the assembly in and greased up but it's making a slight 'clunking' noise when I turn the wheels just right of midline. I got under and had the lovely work the steering and with my hand on the trac bar, I can feel the 'clunk'. I followed directions (about time) and was pretty confident all was assembled right. What the heck could it be? Any ideas?

I'm going to try tightening and loosening the nut tomorrow and see if it helps.
