lost of gauges at start- up

lost gauges when started-up truck when on vaction the air bag,ABS and check engine lights came on, in the odometer window it said no bag or no bus not sure, bells rang to it did this several times the only way to get it to come on was to tap on the dash window. i checked the wiring behind the dash they are okay,i need to know if anybody else had this problem before calling dodge dealer. thanks vince harris
