Another Tire Question?????

I'm getting ready to put on new tires and need some help?
Right now I have Michelin's LT265/75/16's E. I would like to go bigger, I'm looking at the BFG's A/T TA's KO LT285/75/16's D.
I do pull a 5th wheel about 6 to 8 times a year. Trailer weight is about # 10000 loaded here are a list of my questions????

1.Will there be a change in my speedometer mph & odometer if so is how much & is it worth changing the speedo gear?

2.Will it have any effect on fuel mileage?

3.I use 65psi in my Michelin's when towing and have no problem. going to BFG's load D will that be a problem towing?

4.Will I notice power loss with a 3.54 gear?

4.Last 1 here where did you get the best price from?
