Parallel or Series?

My truck is sitting in the parking lot for a month or two on end. I've contacted a solar company that makes charging panels for the truck. My truck is in constant cold temps and I feel that when I go out to start the truck I won't have the juice to do so.

The charging company asked me if my batteries were in parallel or series. Basically is the starter a 12v or 24v? Thanks. DD
