19.5 wheels and tires

I was at the Winternationals in Pomona this weekend and Alcoa had a booth. I talked to them for quite a while. They said their 19.5 dually wheel won't be out till Late this year maybe early 2004. I thought Rickson sold 19.5 Alcoas.
I was realy interested in a set for my 97 because of the weight I carry with the camper and race trailer.
What kind of experiences have you guys had with 19.5s.
I have found another company called Aluminum Precision Products that makes 19.5 Dually wheels in several styles, has anyone tried their product?
