strange knocking noise

I recently noticed a strange knocking feeling through the steering wheel when i begin braking...i actually feel it knock in the steering
,,then when i accelarate again it seems to knock the other way..
I checked the usuall things,,loose wheels,,brake calipers,,rotors bolts,,evrything seems tight..
This has been going on for a few months now,,and is getting annoying..
The dealer doesn't know anything...
Anyone have any ideas???
