It just fell out ! what's a fella to do ?

of all things, the driver side garment hook fell out. eghad, I'm stranded. sure the mighty cummins rattles but who can go anywhere without a gament hook.

I'm at work, the shop manual is at home. Can anyone describe how it re-attaches?

It goes back in the hole but won't stay there and the hook doesn't appear to be broken.
