Banjo bolt rubber seals, 1 or 2 ?

When I change my banjo bolts I know that I need to replace the rubber seal on the bolt itself. But do I need to also replace the one on the other side of the fitting ??

1 seal or 2 per banjo bolt ??

p.s. Do I get these seals from the dealer or Cummins ??
