Leaking slave or secondary brake cylinder?

Has anyone heard of this? It looks like it is leaking where it mates to the master and the back aswell both leaks on the bottom. Is that what they call it, a slave or secondary cylinder? That section with the blue cylinder lookin' deal holding the compressed gas charge, I think it is a charge of Nitrogen? Anyway it is leaking at the front, where it mates to the master and and at the rear where it mates to something, I do not know what it is.

Is this piece a dealer only item? I called a few parts houses and neither had a listing for it? Any idea what the cost and the dificulty in replacing it?
