Fog lights

Hello all, I bought driving / fog lights to go in the holes in the front bumper. I was under the truck today, and it looks as if I will have to remove the bumper to get them mounted. Is it hard to remover the bumper? Been driving truck for 2.5 years and tired of looking at empty holes. Any advice appreciated.
