installed sterio, now truck wont start!!!

today, installed a sterio system in my truck (infinitys had their day), i am having an issue now, the truck cranks, but wont run, seems to me like some sort of safe guard or security issue, maybe a fuse? i pulled the cables when i was working on it. but either way now the truck wont start, i am getting proper fuel pressure and etc but it just sounds like something is killing it, sensor, fuse, link.. i have no clue, help me solve this problem... is there a reset for the computer? i have left it unpluged for a while now...
