Question fuel shutdown solenoid, can it be rebuilt?

starting having problem with intermittent power loss the last couple of months then yesterday it did it again so I stopped, left the truck running and checked the fuel shutdown solenoid and the @%$!! thing basically fell apart in my hand the rubber boot is all to pieces! Is there anyway to rebuild these things or am I destined to buy another? And if I have to buy another where is the cheapest place to get one? Thanks, Chris.....
