Is this a fair price?

- 4500 Reg Cab ST 4X4 with 84" cab to axle
- HD Snowplow prep
- PTO prep
- A/C
- Anti-spin
- Full size spare
- Cloth 20/40/20 seat
- Engine block heater
- Speed Control
- ST Decor
- Trailer Brake Control harness

$37,860 ..... ?

I think it could come down another 500, or am I just dreaming?
