2009 production starts when?

Does anybody know when production switches to 2009 models? Also does Dodge still do runs of models or can you have 4x4 followed by a 4x2, how about a 5500 followed by a 4500 on the production line? When we ordered our 99 4x4 2500 pickup we had to wait because the current production was on 4x2's.
