Just ordered the 230/605 plate and am having second thoughts.. When I am going to want more power (not if), should I slide this plate foward or go with the 250/6?0 plate and slide it back until I work on the tranny?

More directly, how much will a 'slid' plate give me over the stock position?
Stock?
230?
250?

Trying to avoid the cam plate dance here. Opinions?
