bombing a 97 (small budget)
My friend was so impressed with my 91 that he wants more power for his 97. He told me he has 500 dollars to play with and asked me to get the mods for him. First thing I'm gonna do is get boost and pyro gagues and a mount. My question to ya'll is can I get a plate too for under 500?? Which kind should I get....I don't want him to get over 275-280 hp. I think that should be plenty for him. Thanks for your input.
