When the governer kicks in?
Does anything rattle when the governer kicks in and controls RPM's? I still hear a rattle when loaded with a trailer or wood and step on the fuel feed petal. It usually happens at about 2600 RPM's and I'm climbing a steep grade. I let off and slow up to stop the noise. I have only 50k miles on my fully stock '96,AT truck. I can't duplicate the noise any other time.It sounds like my fuel pump or injection pump area.
