Best Fast Idle for '03s

Can't seem to find a easy and less expensive method to add fast idle to an '03 6sp. Done lots of searches. Is there a easy to add fast idle or are we SOL. Being able to idle up right away, to a higher rpm, and idle up when it is warmer out would be nice. All my older mechanical trucks had a hand throttle which I guess I could try and install if worse came to worse.
