x monitor and 2004.5 325/600 engine w auto trans

Does anyone know if wiring changes have occurred on the wire for the auto trans temp signal on the 2004.5 HO (325/600 engine)?

ECM C1 (closest to the radiator?l has a green wire/w orange tracer at position 29?)

ECM C2 (closest to firewall? has no green wire w/org. tracer?)

Also shouldn't the green wire w orange tracer have some voltage when the ignition is on and trans fluid temps are ambient 40 deg. F or higher? Say 2-3 volts?
