Shudder on take off ???

HELP !!!!!
Lately I have felt a shudder for a moment on take offs. Most noticable when taking off from a stop and turning, but it did it once today as well in a straight line take off. Trans fluid is in safe area hot in neutral and still red. Almost felt like trans slipped on a straigh accel, but tire could have spun ???? The shudder feels usually like 3 or 4 little stutters again mainly from a start turning a corner. Trans is 48RE / HO with EZ 3.73 limited Slip with 315's
Any suggestions?
