mud & bugs in 03

i noted when you open the doors just inside the black door seals is dirt and stuff... i confronted a dealer about this and he remarked * ( it wasn't in the Cab Right) Thats right but if water gets in there wouldn't rust form on these thin Doors etc?? Anybody got the same deal?? What's the Fix for it???Idea's???This don't look right to me.. How bout you???
