'04 air conditioner TSB????

OK, I'm looking for the air conditioning TSB for the '04. I think I'm having the same problem a few of you had, overfilled refrigerant from the factory. It blows lukecool, but not cold

. Is there an actual TSB or should I just take it in?? My build date is Feb.'04. Thanks in advance.
