Truck delema... Need help deciding...

As most know I have an 05 on order with the sun roof option; today we had 2 04 come in almost identical to what I ordered with the exception that it does not have the sun roof (no biggie) but more importantly it does not have the heated seats. What do you all think I should do wait or take this one; the biggest reason I even ask myself this is the 04 has a ton of rebate money availble and the 05 will not. Anyone have aftermarket heated seat additions that have any time on them???
