Cost of swapping gears?

Has anyone swapped out gears------------3.73 for 4.10's-------- and what did it cost? Did the dealer have to do it to keep warranty or did you use a local shop. I am thinking of swapping my 3.73 to 4.10's and was wondering what to expect for cost.
