Quad cab question

The other day I was driving in the 50 mph range and lowered one of the rear windows. It almost blew my ear drum out. If I crack one of the front windows it goes away.I've added vent visors over the windows the day I brought it home so I'm not sure if that's the cause. This is my first cummins and love it. My dad has a first and secound gen so I figured why not bring a third gen into the family.

Any one else with this problem?
