reverse lights

ive had my truck in the dealer 3 times for the reverse lights going out. it usually goes out within a day or two after they fix it. has anybody else had this problem? i know its in the switch because i can feel it when i put it in reverse, its hard to get into reverse sometimes. could it possibly be a bad design?any input is greatly appreciated
