Where to find a 6" tip to fit on a 5" tailpipe

Some how this crazy weekend I crushed my tailpipe at the very tip

of it I wasnt planning on putting a tip on it but I guess I have to now... Anyone know where I can find a tip for this??? I have 5" exhaust...... thanks in advance..
