ProPods Triple Pod

Any of you that have the ProPods Triple Pod #93531 on a 04 how much clearance do you have between the dash and the guage(lower one)? I just put it up to see how it fits and it will rub on the dash on mine.I can not see any clearance between it and the dash. One person said they have 3/8" between the pod and dash but I talked to Genos and they said thats the way they fit,they rub. I guess ProPod is the only that makes one. I could probably cut some off of it to get a clearance but.
