Why do some 05'S get good milage THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM!

I went from a 2000 that got a best mpg of 20.74
with most in the high 18 to low 19 range all hand calculated.

Why does my 2005 only get only 14'S all hand calculated!!!!

Build date was in Dec or early Jan.
I drive the same as before,
same fuel, same time of year,
and can't come close to the same milage help some one,

HELP CUMMINS / DODGE.

How can some 2005's Get 20'S and others 14'S & 15'S
Is there a
PROGRAMING PROBLEM ???? HELP HELP
