How make use of Wireless built in to Ram

I have built and mounted some backup flood lights, and I would like to activate them witht he built in wireless buttons already located in the truck, and or by a hand held wireless remote transmitter that could be added to my keychain.

Also, anyone have a source for small wireless receivers/and also small inexpensive transmitters? I can mount the receiver in a box next to my relay that I now use to activate hardwired by putting the vehicle in reverse?

It would be nice of the receiver and transmitter combination operated between 286 to 389 Megahertz frequency, so that it would be compatable with training and using the built in transmitter on the truck.
